| Abstract: | Total station is a combined instrument of electronic transit and electro-optical range finder.It is a kind of digital and intelligent 3D coordinate surveying and positioning system which can automatically carry out ranging,goniometry,calculating,data storage and data transfer.It is a kind of electronic instrument be used widely in geodetic survey,engineering survey and digital mapping and is the most important and general measuring equipment.The maintenance for it and its feed system has already been a piece of usual work in surveying and mapping departments. |
