饲粮添加人参对贵妃鸡肌肉氨基酸水平和血液生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:选用90日龄的贵妃公鸡随机分成4组,在基础日粮中按质量分数0.00%﹑0.02%﹑0.04%和0.08%添加人参,实验期45 d,探讨人参对贵妃鸡肌肉氨基酸含量和血液生理生化指标影响。结果表明:0.04%的人参添加量使得腿肌总氨基酸量和鲜味氨基酸含量比对照组分别提高19.19%和14.81%;0.04%的人参添加量使得胸肌总氨基酸含量和必需氨基酸含量比对照组分别提高18.84%和16.54%,鲜味氨基酸含量比对照组提高了14.82%。日粮中添加0.04%的人参能显著提高贵妃鸡胸肌和腿肌的苏氨酸﹑蛋氨酸和缬氨酸的含量。各实验组血清谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶的活性均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。饲粮中添加0.04%人参添加实验剂效果最佳。

Effects of Dietary Ginseng on Muscle Amino Acid Composition,Blood Physiological and Biochemical Parameters in Princess Chicken

Abstract:This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary ginseng on muscle amino acid, blood physiological and biochemical parameters in princess chickens. Princess chickens at the age of 90days were randomly divided into 4 groups. Diets of groups were supplemented with 0.00%, 0.02%, 0.04% and 0.08% ginseng in the basal diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 45days. The results showed as follows: Of the group fed with 0.04% ginseng, leg muscle total and delicious amino acid was increased by 19.19% and 14.81%, respectively, compared with the control group. Of the group fed with 0.04% ginseng, chest muscle total, essential and delicious amino acids were increased by 18.84%, 16.54% and 14.82%, respectively, compared with the control group.The content of amino acids in chest and leg muscle, such as Thr, Met and Val in group fed with 0.04% ginseng were significantly higher than that in other groups. It possessed statistical significance(P〈0.05).The activities of serum AST and ALT of each experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The best effects were achieved by supplementing ginseng feed additives at 0.4 g/kg.
