| 摘 要： | GIS的发展方向是开放，包括体系结构的开放，数据模型的开放，以及开发者思想观念的开放。GIS与开源的结合无论从理论还是实践上都将GIS推向大众之路。基于开源的WebGIS建设已经成为当前GIS界的研究发展方向，应用前景广阔。鉴于此，本文重点提出了基于开源体系架构建设WebGIS的关键技术、数据建模、系统架构以及实现方法。

| Abstract: | The development of GIS will tend towards the opening which includes system structure, data model and the origianl idea. The combination of GIS and OpenSource will push GIS into the public. The OpenSource - based WebGIS has turned into an important development direction. So the paper discusses the core technology, data model, system skeleton the realization about the WebGIS based on the OpenSource framework. |
