摘    要:利用地理信息系统和数据库等先进技术手段,依据煤炭资源信息标准与规范,收集、整理煤炭资源预测潜力评价属性和图形数据。建立统一属性和图形数据格式的煤炭资源预测潜力评价数据库标准。以各省(区、市)煤炭资源潜力评价数据库为基础,汇总建立全国煤炭资源信息系统。该系统具有一体化查询检索、制图、统计分析等功能,有效地实现了全国各省区煤炭资源潜力评价相关资料的快速查询检索、以及基于空间位置的任意范围相关资料的统计,可作为煤炭资源管理部门等各类用户进行煤炭资源综合分析与评价的有效工具。

Abstract:Using advanced techniques and means of geographical information system (GIS) and database, complying with coal resources information standards and specifications, collected and sorted coal resources predicted potential evaluation attributes and graphic data, have established coal resources prediction potential evaluation database standard with unified attributes and graphic data formats. Based on provinces (regions, municipalities) coal resources potential evaluation database, summarized and established the National Coal Resources Information System. The system has functions of integrated inquiry, retrieval, mapping and statistical analysis, effective-ly realized national provinces (regions, municipalities) coal resources potential evaluation related information fast inquiry and retrieval, as well as related random data statistics based on spatial locus, thus an effective tool for administrative authorities and all types of users to carry out coal resources comprehensive analysis and evaluation.
