| Abstract: | Some viewpoints about earthquake prediction are presented in this paper. Among the various factors of influence over earthquake prediction the most key problem could lie in the causes of earthquakes. The new observation techniques could be developed for investigating the new causes of earthquakes. Maybe this is the only way leading to breakthroughs in the earthquake prediction research. |
