高邮地震台地电阻率和地电场勘选及建设

摘    要:地震预报是建立在观测数据基础上的研究,地电阻率、地电场是观测地下介质电性结构随时间的变化,要求观测系统有足够的分辨率和长时间范围的测量准确度。这就要求拥有先进的观测仪器和优良的观测场地,高邮地震台采用ZD8BI地电阻率仪器和ZD9A地电场仪器进行观测,并严格按照《地震及前兆数字观测技术规范》、《地震台站观测环境技术要求(第2部分,地磁观测)》(GB/T19531.2-2004)和《地震台站建设规范(地电台站,第1部分:地电阻率台站)》(DB/T18.1-2006)和《地震台站建设规范(地电台站,第2部分:地电场台站)》(DB/T18.2-2006)的技术要求,对观测场地进行认真的勘选和测试,对外线路的走向设计和建设,考虑地电阻率和地磁同场地的供电干扰问题,采取有关措施加以解决。对外线路进行全部地埋方式,解决了风扰和外线路被盗的问题,提高了观测精度,保证资料连续可靠。

Abstract:The prediction of earthquakes is a research based on observational data. The earth resistivity and the earth electric field which observe the variation of mass media over time require that observational system has sufficient resolution and adequate measurement accuracy for a long time period. This depends on advanced equipment and excellent observation of the observation site. In accordance with ‘The Technical Specifications of Earthquake and Its Precursor',‘The Environment and Technical Requirements of Seismic Observation Stations Ⅱ : Electromagnetic Observation' (GB/T 19531.2-2004),' Seismic Station Construction Norms Geoelectric Observatory : The Earth Resistivity Station', and ‘Seismic Station construction norms Geoelectric Observatory Ⅱ : Geoelectric Field Station' (DB/T 18.2-2006), careful observation and tests were undertaken upon the site and when designing and constructing the outside lines, measures were used to solve the problems of interference between resistivity and geoelctricty when they were on the same site. The resolution that all outside lines were buried improves the accuracy of the observation, avoids theft and wind disturbances and guarantees the continuity and reliability of the data.
