摘    要:本文通过对九十年代初(1989年10月-1993年2月)热带大气中海平面气压场(SLP),射出长波辐射(OLR)以及低层(850hpa)纬向风场的分析,研究,发现了热带大气季节内振荡在九十年代初期具有的特点和规律,指出CISK波动是大气季节振荡的机制,进一步说明了大气季节内振荡与EI Nino事件有密切的联系:事件发生前期,大气季节内振荡明显增强,而事件发生期间大气季节内振荡明显减弱。本文为进一步

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the Sea layer Pressure (SLP), the Outgoing Longwave Radiation (OLR) and the Zonal Wind at the lower level (850hPa) in the tropical atmosphere early in 1990's (from October, 1989 to February, 1992), the laws and characteristics of the intraseasonal oscillation are expounded in this paper. The result shows that CISK-waves are the mechanism of the intraseasonal oscillation. It is explained further that there is close relation between the intraseasonal oscillation and the E1 Nino event, the intraseasonal oscillation usually intensified before the E1 Nino event and during the E1 Nino event the intraseasonal oscillation was reduced. This paper is useful for further studying the mechanism of the ENSO.
