The Administrative Analysis Pattern of Urban Development Regulation in Britain and its Supervision and Restriction Mechanism

Administrative approval pattern has been adapted to regulate urban development in British,the sound supervision and restriction mechanism has been established to resolve the problem of "management control",which often caused by the abused powers of administrative approval authority and information asymmetry.First,the urban planning system and its new changes in British has been outlined,then the features of administrative approval pattern being adapted to regulate urban development in British has been analyzed,including the definition and classification of urban development,the urban land development control model in different areas and the basis to restrict the planning approval.Finally,from the Supervision and Restriction Mechanism of the Control Pattern of Development has been summarized from legislative,administrative,judicial and social aspects.
