硬化性肺泡细胞瘤MSCT表现与病理对照分析

目的:对比研究硬化性肺泡细胞瘤（PSP）的MSCT表现与病理学特征。方法:回顾性分析15例经手术病理证实PSP的MSCT及病理资料，其中男性2例，女性13例，年龄17~73岁。结果:MSCT表现:均位于肺组织外带内单发肿块，8例（53%）呈类圆或椭圆形，6例（40%）呈浅分叶状，边界清，1例（7%）边缘光整，边界欠清。空气新月征3例（20%）、晕征4例（25%）、贴边血管征3例（20%）、尾征1例（7%）。动态增强扫描，病灶明显强化10例，动脉期不均匀强化，静脉期延迟性强化5例。结论:PSP罕见，多发生于中年女性，MSCT有一定的特征，掌握CT特征，有助于提高诊断符合率。 

Comparative Analysis of MSCT Manifestations and Pathology of Pulmonary Sclerosing Pneumocytoma

Objective:To describe and comparatively assess multi-sliced computed tomography(MSCT) imaging findings and pathological features of pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma(PSP). Method:MSCT findings and pathological data from 15 patients(2 male and 13 female, aged 17-73 years) pathologically confirmed PSP were retrospective reviewed. Result:All of those PSPs were juxta-pleural, solitary masses demonstrated on MSCT. Lesion appeared as were well-defined, rounds or ovoid masses in 8 cases(53%), as lobular masses in 6 cases(40%), as ill-defined, irregular mass in 1 case(7%). The air crescent sign(20%), halo sign(25%), overlying vessel(20%), and tail sign(7%) in the tumors were also demonstrated in the cohort. 10 tumors(67%) enhanced homogeneously compared with four tumors(33%) which enhanced heterogeneously in the artery phase and delayed enhancement in venous phase. Conclusion:PSP is an uncommon benign tumor, occurring predominantly in middle-aged females, the relatively characteristic MSCT findings can improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis.
