摘    要:针对近年来城市大建设背景下的基坑施工建设日益增多,对周边一定范围内的建筑物等目标产生影响的现象,该文提出面向单体建筑物的InSAR监测与应用方法。该方法基于时间序列的SAR影像进行面向对象的InSAR分析,在区分地面沉降与建筑物沉降的基础上,提取建筑物的沉降信息并结合基坑、建筑物特征等背景资料开展建筑物的灾害评估分析。以天津市和平区某基坑周边的渤海大楼为例,进行高分辨率的InSAR监测与应用分析,并以同步实测的水准数据为参考进行有效性评估。实验结果验证了该算法的有效性,适用于建筑物InSAR监测应用。

Abstract:In this paper,a methodology aiming at detecting building deformations at the local scale with satellite radar data is proposed.It is used to solve the safety of buildings lead by increasing construction of the foundation pits in recent year.The methodology described in this paper aims at detecting building deformations at the local scale,by means of satellite radar data.The proposed approach consists of distinguishing between land subsidence and building deformations through object-oriented analysis,deriving the deformations information to analyze the disaster assessment,with the background information like foundation pits and building characteristics.The method has been applied to a foundation pit in Heping district(a core district in Tianjin),through the use of high-resolution satellite images as input data.And in situ leveling data is used to validate the veracity of building assessment.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method,and provides the basis for the subsequent research in the InSAR monitoring and applications.
