开发区建设及其对兰州城市空间结构的影响

开发区作为城市空间的特殊组成部分和带动城市经济发展的重要增长极,对城市空间结构的影响日益显著。以兰州市为例,在对开发区发展阶段进行系统梳理和客观划分的基础上,以地域空间、产业空间和社会空间为切入点,分别从用地结构、产业结构、人口结构、文化结构等方面,较为深入地探讨了开发区对兰州城市空间结构演化所产生的影响,以期对兰州市的经济社会发展、城市规划管理提供一定的决策参考。

Evolvement of urban spatial structure of Lanzhou City under the influence of the construction of development zones

As the special urban space and the growth engine that contributes to city economic growth,the develop-ment zone increasingly plays a significant role in changing the urban spatial structure.This paper discusses the im-pact that the development zone has exefled on the evolution of urban spatial structure based on the research on the development zone of Lanzhou City and takes present national-level development zone as an illustration.This paper describes how the Lanzhou City urban spatial structure evolves under the influence of development zone from several respects:regional space,industrial space,society space which are related to land-utilization structure,industrial structure,population and culture structure,80 that this paper can serve as the reference for the social and economic development and city planning of Lanzhou City.This study suggests that the reconstruction process of the urban spa-tial structure is essentially spurred by development zone setting-up and its functional evolutions of the city triggered by policy innovations and directed by institutional and technological innovations.The construction of development zone not only speeds up the development of the new urban district and promotes the urban evolution from single-centered structure to bi-centered structure,even to multiple-centered structure,but also as the new industrial space and economic growth points increasingly contributes to urban economy.Meanwhile,while the generation of new-type communities depending on the development zone and featured by innovations forges new-type culture space for the city,realty business and high-class modern services around the development zone will be promoted effectively.The effect of development zone,as stated above,has been well reflected in Lanzhou City.The construction of develop-ment zones plays so important role in promoting the urban spatial structure forward that it has a great effect on the optimization of area spatial structure in city,readjustment to the industrial structure and the sub-differences of spa-tial structure in society.But,there still exist a series of problems in the process of the development zones.Therefore,the government should do more things during the development zone construction,such as overall consideration,ra-tional planning and active guide,to promote the optimization of urban spatial structure,and realize the integration and coordinated development of city.
