| 摘 要： | 目的为研究膀胱病病变的特点，探讨膀胱肿瘤的鉴别诊断，所用材料与方法；分析了２７例膀胱病变的临床资料和ＣＴ表现，结果得到膀胱肿瘤以膀胱癌多见，各种膀胱病可以有瘤样改变，本文结论是ＣＴ临床表现，对常见膀胱肿瘤的鉴别很有价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To investigate CT differential diagnosis of bladder tumor studying the characteristic of bladder diseases . Materials and Methods : Clinical manifestations and CT features of bladder diseases were analyzed in 27 patients. Results: The bladder cancer is more in bladder tumors. bladder diseases have the features of tumor Conclusion: It has very value that combination of CT features and clinical manifestations in the differential diagnosis bladder tumors. |
