| 摘 要： | 基于问卷调查分析了地震台站工作现状、工作人员心理状态、管理发展面临的主要问题。结合地震台站改革的方针政策,分析了地震台站在新形势下面临的机遇和挑战。就新形势下地震台站如何更好发挥监测预报基础作用提出方案和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation,the present work situation of seismic station,the state of mind in staff,as well as the major problems in management and development are analyzed.Combined with the guidelines and policies for seismic stations reform,the opportunities and challenges for seismic stations under the new situation are analyzed.Suggestions for seismic stations to better play the basic role of monitoring and prediction are put forward. |
