内蒙古矿山地质环境问题及防治对策

矿产资源在国民经济建设中起着十分重要的作用。但长期以来,由于在矿产资源开发利用中忽视矿山环境保护,使本已十分脆弱的矿山生态环境问题雪上加霜,严重影响和制约了经济社会的持续、健康发展。内蒙古自治区是矿产资源大省,由矿产资源开发引发的次生地质环境问题非常突出。土地沙化、地面塌陷、滑坡、泥石流、水质污染、地下水位下降及煤层自燃等,使植被面积减少、生态和水环境破坏、空气污染,人类生存环境不断恶化。随着人口的增长和经济发展对矿产资源需求的不断增大,加大矿山地质环境保护立法,研究和制定矿山地质环境防治措施与对策,减少地质灾害,实现矿产资源既能满足当代人需求,又能造富子孙后代的可持续发展目标。

The geologic environment problems in Inner Mongolia and the countermeasure of prevention and curing

Mineral resources are very important in the construction of country economy.But environment protection is always ignored in the exploitation of mineral resources in the long-term.This resulted in deteriorating brittle environment of these mines.Inner Mongolia Autonomo us Region is a big province with great mineral resources.And the secondary geologic-environment problems became out standing for the exploitation of mineral resources.These environment problems such as soil desertification,ground collapse,coast slide,debris flow,water pollution,ground water level drop and coal bed self-ignite,can reduce vegetation acreage,destroy the zoology and water environment,pollute air,deteriorate human's living space.A long with the increasing population and demand of mineral resources,we must legislate to mineral geologic-environment protection,investigate and constitute the countermeasure of prevention and curing,reduce geologic disaster.So we can content the contemporary need of mineral resources,and also benefit the off spring in the future.And the aim of sustainable development will cometrue.
