试论数字秦岭

数字地球是21世纪的重大技术工程。在分析数字地球的概念、内容及其构成的基础上，依据我国数字地球的建设现状，提出构建数字秦岭，并对数字秦岭的内容、目标、意义、关键技术及实现步骤进行了论述及探讨。认为建设数字秦岭是开发大西北和实现秦岭及其邻区区域可持续发展及向知识经济转变的必由之路，同时它也可以推动“中国数字地球计划”的全面实施。

TRIAL STUDYING ON THE CONSTRUCTURE OF DIGITAL QINLING

igital Earth is an important technology engineering in the 21st century.On the basis of analysing the conception,content and constitution of Digital Earth according to the constructure situation of Digital Earth in our country,the construction of Digital Qinling is proposed.Furthermore,the content,objection,key technology,signification and realizing steps are discussed.It is pointed out that construction of Digital Qinling is the only road to develope Northwest China,to realize sustainable develapment and to transform into knowledge economy in Qinling and near region. Meanwhile,Digital Qinling can also propel wholly to implement“China ese Digital Earth Plan”.
