| 摘 要： | 该文通过分析密云县土地利用的自然和社会条件 ,在此基础上围绕水源地水源环境保护的目标 ,对该区域进行土地利用规划 ,即县城密云镇为增长极以及为密云水库生态区、西南粮油菜生产区、东南果粮生产和生态建设区、西北林牧生态区以及东北生态保护和林果生产区。

| Abstract: | Miyun county is located between the Huabei Plat and Menggu Altiplano in the region round the Bohai Sea. Its strategy of land-use is very important because the Miyun Reservoir in it is a waterhead of Beijing Metropolis. In this article, the natural and social conditions of land -use are analyzed. Then from all of these analysis and discussions, the one `core' and five `areas', which are the spatial strategy of land-use in Miyun, are put forward. To protect and prove the environment of waterhead is the first goal of this strategy. |
