Abstract:In the precise point positioning,the proportion of weights for two kinds of observations is a constant during the computation.It is inconsistent with the fact because the precision of the pseudo-range and carrier observations are different.While the observations,contaminated by the gross error,will distort the position result.This paper used the Robust Helmert Variance Component Estimation to adjust the proportion of weights between phase observations and pseudorange observations.Through the test,the result implied that Robust Helmert Variance Component Estimation could effectively resolve the proportion of observations weights and degrade the gross outlier effects to the position and improve the position accuracy.
