| Abstract: | The multi-source of geographic spatial data and the variety of geographic object bring difficulties to map display.The present program and symbol library map display methods cannot solve this problem perfectly.Therefore,in this paper,the conceptions of verb,adjective,noun were introduced to build a symbol language system composed by verb,adjective,noun expression,which defines the map symbols by simulating plotting action.By giving the actions and parameters of the map symbolization process,the symbol command line separated by command character symbolization could accomplish the symbolization of geographic feature. |
