基于GIS的社区环境信息管理系统研究

在GIS技术支持下,以福州市鼓楼区铜盘河沿岸社区作为研究对象,通过收集社区的自然环境、社会环境以及污染源等相关信息,同时结合遥感影像,运用相关软件进行空间信息的矢量化,建立起社区级环境信息管理系统.该系统包括4个模块：地图显示、数据输入、信息查询和专题图制作.本研究在建立数据库的基础上,对数据进行分析.该数据库对于社区环境信息管理系统的建设具有一定的指导意义和参考价值.

GIS-based Environmental Information Management System in Gulou District,Fuzhou

By the support of GIS technology,a community oriented EIMS（Environmental Information Management System）in Gulou district of Fuzhou was established.Communities covered are mainly along the Tongpan river in the district.First,information concerning these communities′ natural environment,social environment,and pollution situation and so on were collected and processed.Then,with the combination of RS image interpretation and spatial information vectorization in the GIS,the system was built,covering the four modules（displaying module,updating module,inquiry module and the module of producing various thematic maps）.Applications of the system have demonstrated the significance and reference value of establishing EIMS at communities′ level.
