从危机矿山报告评估结果看我国煤炭接替资源的紧迫性

从煤炭矿山目前的开采状况入手,分析了危机矿山存在的问题及产生危机的原因。根据统计资料可知,造成矿山危机的主要原因是超能开采、＂三下＂压煤、审批把关不严、资源核算标准不统一、管理不到位等。为此提出了应采取加强资源管理,严格控制产能、及时进行资源量注销等措施,并对＂三下＂压煤进行跟踪监控,及引用高新技术加大对高硫煤的利用,以增加煤炭资源储量,为国家合理安排危机矿山的接替资源工作提供依据。

Succeeding Coal Resources Urgency Come into Sight from Crisis Mines Evaluation

Proceeding with coal mining status quo, analyzed existing problems in crisis mines and their causations. According to statistical data, the main causation of crisis is mining beyond the capability, coal resources under buildings, railways and water bodies （＂three unders＂）, relaxed examination and approval, nonstandard resource computation and poor management etc. For this reason, measures of to strengthen resource management, strictly control production capacity, resources and reserves write off in good time put forward. Tracking and monitoring coal resources ＂three unders＂, use high and new technologies on high sulfur content coal utilization to increase usable coal resources, thus provided bases to arrange succeeding resources for crisis mines.
