| 摘 要： | 地勘单位做强做大必须要有竞争力，而市场竞争力在于企业人才、资金、技术等资源的有效运用和长期持久的抗风险能力。文章提出了地勘单位做强做大的四个主要方面，即矿权、市场、管理、技术及质量，分析了其现状与相应的发展对策。对提高地勘单位的竞争力和健康持久发展，实现做强做大的奋斗目标具有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The geological exploration units want to largen and strengthen have to have competitive power, while the market competitive power is come from effective handle of enterprisers talent, capital and technological resources, long and lasting anti-risk capability. The paper has pointed out five main aspects to largen and strengthens geological exploration units, namely mining right, market, management, technology and quality; analyzed the status quo and corresponding development countermeasures. The study has certain practical significance to improve geological exploration unit competitive edge, persistence, pullulation, and heahh, realize the target to largen and strengthen. |
