| 摘 要： | 在我国土地资源利用呈现出立体化发展趋势的大背景下,长春市国土资源局在城区三维地籍数据库建设中提出三维地籍的概念体系,探索三维地籍的管理模式,实现地表、地上、地下空间土地使用权可视化管理。

| Abstract: | This article presents the background of the development trend of stereo in the land resources utilization in China, Chang-chun City Land Resources Bureau 3D cadastre concept system in urban 3D cadastre database construction, explore 3D cadastre man-agement model to achieve the surface, ground, underground space visual management of land use rights. |
