摘    要:分析了城乡边缘带时空离心推移的驱动力,认为必须而且可以对离心推移进行适当约束,以促进城乡边缘带的可持续发展;分析了离心推移的约束机制及约束的基本方式,提出了约束的主要原则和主要方法。

Abstract:The spatial-temporal centrifugal transference of urban fringes without any constraint has led to a series of social,ecological and environmental problems,which are continually copied at the outer part of the fringes,and thus block the sustainable development.Such transference should be constrained in suitable ways.The transference is the resultant spatial reflection of impelling force from urban development pressure,and the pulling force from suburbanization,as well as the effects of land price.For constraining the transference,it is suggested that the development mode of compact city with some frog-jump expansion be adopted,the development of small towns be promoted,and of course,the natural geographical conditions of the fringes be rationally used and planning and policy measures be implemented.In this paper,the comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the constraint conditions,the scientific selection of fringes or fringe segments to be constrained,and the improvement of the relevant policies and regulations are studied.
