属地化地勘单位地质档案管理现状与建议

地质档案管理作为地质工作中最基础性的一项管理工作,其管理水平对地勘单位的发展发挥着重要作用。目前,属地化地勘单位地质档案管理存在地质资料管理体系不够完善;地质资料管理意识薄弱;地质资料保密意识薄弱等问题。因此,建议进一步加大对地质档案管理的投入,完善地质档案管理体系,强化地质档案的保密意识,提高属地化地勘单位的地质档案管理水平,确保地质档案有效的合理利用。

THE ADMINISTRATIVE LOCALIZATION AND SUGGESTION OF GEOLOGICAL ARCHIVES OF GEOEXPLORATION ORGANIZATION

The administration of geological archives is one of the most basic administrative work,which plays an important part in the development of geoexploration organization.In the present administrative localization of geological archives of geoexploration organization,there aren't very perfect administration system,the administration and secret consciousness is weak,etc.Therefore,we suggest that we must further increase the investment in the administration of geological archives,improve the administrative system,strengthen the secret consciousness,improve the level of administrative localization of geological archives of geoexploration organization in order to guarantee that the geological archives will be utlized effectively and reasonably.
