我国人为贫水化的产生及其对策

人为贫水化在全球有蔓延的趋势，已经严重影响区域经济发展和人们生活水平，成为21世纪全球关注的热点。我国是世界上13个贫水国之一，水资源问题已敲响了警钟，人为引起的水质恶化、水源浪费，使得人为贫水化问题更为严重，人为贫水化现象已引起我国政府的高度重视。只有减少贫水化的人为因素，才能实现水资源的有效和可持续利用。文章针对人为贫水化的产生背景、产生原因，提出了解决我国人为贫水化的对策建议。

Creation and Its Counterplans of the Artificial Lack of Water in Our Country

The artificial lack of water,which has the trend to overspread the whole world,has seriously influenced the development of district economy and the people's stand of living,and has become the hotspot focused by all of the world in 21st century.Our country is one of the thirteen countries lacking of water in the world,and the water resource problem has alarmed to us.Furthermore,the deterioration of water quality by artificialness and the waste of water resource made the problem much more serious.Now,the phenomenon of artificial lack of water has caused our government's highly regard.Only reduce the artificial factors in lack of water problem,can we realize the efficiency and continuable utilization of water resource.This paper aims at the background and reasons of artificial lack of water,definitely put forward the counterplan to this problem in our country.
