摘    要:利用1961-2000年40年淇、卫河流域的9个水文站和11个气象站资料,分析了暴雨的气候特征,暴雨、底水与洪水的关系,以及地形对局地暴雨的影响。

Abstract:Using the data offered by 9 hydrometric stations of the basin of Qi-Wei River and 11 weather stations in 40 years(1961-2000), analyzed the climate characteristics of torrential rain, slope of surveying to verify that the production of the torrential rain center relates to ascending speed of the circle on the topography, the correlation between torrential rain and flood, influence of regional geographic condition to torrential rain.
