| Abstract: | Through the establishment of C/S system, macroscopic abnormal information and damage information(Macroscopic abnormal/damage level, place, picture, video, and voice) can be collect and submit quickly to the information platform by the mobile Internet. And through the corresponding platform, someapplies, such as summary, analysis, decision and export of the reported data are developed. |
