河南省农业信息化区域差异及其对农业经济增长的贡献

摘    要:随着数字乡村战略的实施,农业信息化是现代农业发展的方向,探讨农业信息化对农业经济增长的影响有利于数字农业的健康发展。以河南省18个地市为例,运用波拉特法测算农业信息化水平,代入修正C-D生产函数模型,采用2009—2018年的面板数据分析农业信息化对农业经济增长的贡献。结果表明:河南省总体农业信息化水平2009—2018年呈缓慢增长,豫北农业信息化水平明显高于豫南,18个地市农业信息化水平差异较大;农业信息化要素投入是当前农业经济增长的主要因素,其弹性系数高于资本投入要素和劳动力投入要素;从合理配置农业信息化资源、输送专业农业信息化人才、支持农业信息化区域差异化发展三方面提出提升农业信息化水平的对策。

Abstract:Taking 18 cities in Henan Province as an example,the Porat method was used to measure the level of agricultural informatization,substituted into the modified C-D production function model,and panel data from 2009 to 2018 were used to empirically analyze the contribution of agricultural informatization to agricultural economic growth.The results show that the overall level of agricultural informatization in Henan Province has shown a slow growth from 2009 to 2018,the level of agricultural informatization in northern Henan is significantly higher than that in southern Henan,and the level of agricultural informatization among the 18 cities is quite different.The input of agricultural informatization elements is currentl the main factor of agricultural economic growth,its elastic coefficient is higher than the elastic coefficient of capital input factors and labor input factors.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the level of agricultural informatization from three aspects:reasonable allocation of agricultural information resources,convey professional agricultural information talents and support the regionally differentiated development of agricultural informatization.It provides a reference for the high-quality development of agricultural economy.
