| Abstract: | To develop meteorological knowledge industry is the historic responsibility of meteorological staff by this time. Meteorological department must develop meteorological information industry as a breakthrough point to start the meteorological knowledge industry and train large numbers of high diathesis technic talent in order to establish new meteorological science and technology development system as soon as possible. |
