| 摘 要： | 水是基础性的自然资源和战略性的经济资源,水资源的可持续利用是经济可持续发展极为重要的保证.本文在分析宝坻区自然地理及水利工程和水资源开发利用现状的基础上,对地表水、地下水资源及供需平衡进行了分析计算,提出了水资源优化配置的措施.

| Abstract: | The water is basically natural resources and strategic economic resources. The sustainable utilization of water resources is important guarantee for sustainable development of economy. The article is based on the analysis on natural geography, the present situation of water conservancy engineering and calculates surface and groundwater resources in Baodi District, and puts forward measures for optimized disposition of water resources . |
