| 摘 要： | 国家已经将节能减排作为应对气候变暖的重要举措。在对南昌、九江、景德镇、萍乡、新余、鹰潭、上饶、吉安等城市和部分企业节能减排调研的基础上，分析研究了江西省节能减排工作状况，提出今后加大节能减排工作力度的实现途径：提高全社会节能减排意识，让节能减排从政府推动走向全民行动；优化节能减排监管手段，建立节能减排监察队伍；完善节能减排相关法规和政策，强化责任考核；注重能源产业链延伸，规范建设生态工业园区；优化结构，控制增量；加快城市污水处理设施建设；加大推进循环经济发展的力度；提高节能减排的科技水平。
