摘    要:发头裸腹溞在曲阜分布较广,能在水域中形成优势种。作者测定了发头裸腹溞的不同体长组的鲜重、干重以及经4%福尔马林溶液固定后的样本的湿重、干重,并计算出体长—体重回归方程。同时对干重和湿重的百分比进行了比较。

Abstract:Moina irrasa is distributed comparatively widely in Qufu and can form a dominant species in its waters. Its wet and dry weights of different body length groups of unpreserved specimens and those preserved in formalin specimens have been weighed. The body length-body weight regression equations were deduced while its diagram was plotted. The percentages of dry-wet weight were also compared.The regression equation between the fresh weight and body length of unpreserved ind. may be expressed as: lnW_(fresh)=2.20436lnL-0.873253, r=0.9807The regression equation between the dry weight and body length(L) of unpreserved ind. may be expressed as: lnW_(dry)=3.32563lnL-4.28897, r=0.9672The regression equation between the wet weight and body length(L) of preserved ind. by formalin may be expressed as: lnW_(wet)=1.84178lnL-0.64742, r=0.9835The regression equation between the dry weight and body length(L) of preserved ind. by formalin may be expressed as: lnW_(dry)=2.99626 lnL-4.38704, r=0.9669
