摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了镁离子电池MgNi0.4Mn1.6O4正极材料,并考查了合成温度对产物结构及电化学性能的影响。利用热重-差热重量分析法(TG-DTG)、X射线衍射法(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对样品进行了表征和分析。结果表明当煅烧温度为900℃时,所得样品为纯相的MgNi0.4Mn1.6O4样品。在0.3~2.1 V电压范围内,以0.025 mA为充放电电流时,首次放电比容量为150.6 mAh/g。

Abstract:The cathode materials were synthesized by Sol-gel method.The influence of temperatures on the crystal structure and electrochemical properties were explored.Characterization and analysis of the samples were examined by TG-DTG,XRD and SEM.The results indicate pure MgNi0.4Mn1.6O4 with good morphology structure were successfully prepared.When calcining temperature is 900 ℃,the samples present initial discharge capacity of 150.6 mAh/g at 0.025 mA current in the voltage range of 0.3~2.1 V,and exhibiting better electrochemical property.
