石门台自然保护区水资源及其利用保护

介绍了广东英德市北部山区石门台自然保护区的自然地理条件、水文效应、水资源特点及其开发利用现状 ,提出对水资源的保护管理措施 ,促进自然环境良性循环 ,促进水资源可持续利用和社会经济发展。

THE UTILIZATION AND PROTECTION OF THE WATER RESOURCES IN SHIMENTAI NATURAL RESERVE

Shimentai Natural Reserve is one of the important water source areas for the Pearl River. It has notable hydrological effects: 1) increases precipitation and promotes the water circulation; 2) enhances the permeation of the ground water and promotes the formation of the ground runoff. 3) conserves water resource and regulates the runoff. The reserve is very rich in water resource. The silt content of river water is very little and the water quality is pretty good. The seasonal variation of water shows smaller than that of the Beijiang. The supply of ground water provides high quality water source for the lower reaches. For the purpose of pushing up the high quality circulation of natural environment, promoting sustainable use of water resources and the development of socio economy, some suggestions are put forward: 1) administrate water resources strictly according to law, 2) improve technology of management, 3) strengthen the works of propaganda and education.
