| Abstract: | Constructing water supply project in rural area and configuring the frequency changer with constant voltage, and implementing the policy of one ammeter for one household and the management of levying by amount, is an efficient measure in decreasing the energy consumption and the cost ,while raising the standard of water supply and increasing the public awareness of water saving. This paper reveals the current situation and existing problems of water supply in Cangzhou rural areas and proposes the solutions to the problems. |
