经济欠发达地区城镇化发展的限制因素--以河南省信阳市为例

文章以河南省信阳市为例,以非农业人口比例为主要考核指标,从人均固定资产投资、国内生产总值构成、城乡发展政策与体制等几个角度分析了影响经济欠发达地区城镇化发展的因素,研究认为,人均固定资产投资,人均第二、第三产业产值,非公有经济比重等对经济欠发达地区区域城镇化水平有明显制约作用;统筹城乡发展,加大固定资产投资和非公有经济发展的力度,加快农业现代化步伐,控制人口规模,因势利导,走新型工业化道路,是经济欠发达地区城镇化的必由之路。

Research on Factors Limiting Urbanization in Under-developing Regions:An Example from Xinyang City of Henan Province

Based on the correlation analytical method, using Xinyang region of Henan province as an example, this paper studied the factors limiting urbanization in under_developing regions that involved in the fixed assets investment, primary industry production, secondary industry production, tertiary industry production per head and policies separating urban and towns from countryside. Measures upgrading the urbanization were regarded as follows: abolishing the policies and obstacles deterring communication between urban or town as well as countryside and making development of urban and countryside harmonized in society and economy, fostering fixed assets investment and private economy as great as possible and making best use of regional resources, especially the agriculture resources which should be planed, developed, organized and managed according to the management minds of modern industries.
