| 摘 要： | 水文实验与水资源研究是水文学科和水资源学科发展的基础，在水旱灾害的治理研究中离不开水文水资源的科学实验。随着人类活动影响的加剧，流域的下垫面条件及水资源的补径排条件都发生了很大变化，以往的实验成果已不能满足新时期水文学科发展的需要。回顾了淮河流域水文实验所经历的五个阶段，指出新时期加强水文实验的重要陛和迫切性，分析淮河流域水资源及开发利用特点与存在的水问题，提出新时期水资源的研究方向及研究重点。
