| Abstract: | The analysis of the triggering mechanism of strong convection weather during March ~ June, 1989 in north Hainan showed that the occurrence of strong convection weather in north Hainan is related to the mesoscale synoptic systems, such as front, shearing line and the convergence line of SSW and SSE wind. In addition to this, the key points are put forward for forecasting strong weather under all kinds of mesoscale synoptic systems. |
