加拿大拉布拉多地区Superior湖型铁建造成矿模式及资源潜力分析

摘    要:全球生产的大多数铁矿石(90%)来自富铁硅质沉积岩及其变质岩或通常总称为"铁建造"的次生衍生物。文章利用典型矿床、物化探及地质资料,结合拉布拉多地区Superior湖型铁建造成矿带的成矿地质特征及演化规律,初步判定拉布拉多地区特有的Superior湖型铁建造是介于条带状含铁建造与粒状含铁建造之间过渡的(火山)沉积变质型铁建造。通过分析其成矿规模、成矿环境、成矿演化特征,推断拉布拉多地区Superior湖型铁建造具有良好的资源潜力。

Abstract:Most of the global iron ore production (> 90%) comes from the iron rich siliceous sedimentary rocks and their metamorphic derivatives usually referring to as iron formation. Based on typical deposits, geophysical and geochemical data and geological and metallogenic characteristics and evolution pattern of Superior Lake iron formation belt, it is roughly determined that Superior Lake iron formation is a volcanic sedimentary-metamorphic iron formation, a transition type between banded iron formation and granular iron formation. The metallogenic pattern, environment and evolution characteristics show great potential of iron resource in Canadian Labrador Lake Superior-type iron formation.
