Some Thoughts about Major Function Localization on Key Zones for Development——A Case Study of Henan Province

This paper firstly indicates the important strategic role on which the major function oriented zoning carries out the scientific concept of development in land geospatial distribution. And then, point out that the transfer of national key zones for development to central region is a stratagem choice when all comes to all. This paper clarifies heavily on the major function oriented zoning of key zones for development. Namely, by pushing urbanization and industrialization, realizes the coordination conglomeration between population and economy, and fosters the new increasing zone to promote a long-term persistent and healthy-rapid national economy development. This paper shows management policy of finance, investment, industry, land and population for forming key zones for development. And the research provides reference for government decision-making.
