| Abstract: | A whole framework for digital waterway based on 3D GIS is introduced.And some correlative key theory and techniques such as data processing,organization and management of data,visualization and so on are discussed in detail.On the basis of these theory and techniques,a proto-type system is developed,and applied in correlative department. |
