武宁县石渡锑矿控矿地质因素及成矿机理

ORE-CONTROLLING GEOLOGICAL FACTORS AND MECHANISM OF FORMATION OF THE SHIDU ANTIMONY DEPOSIT IN WUNING COUNTY

This paper deals systematically with the basic geological features of the Shidu antimony deposit of Wuning County, highlighting the ore-controlling geological factors on the basis of a wealth of factual geological data. The author holds that this deposit is controlled by regional metallogenic environment, stratigraphy and rock formation, although structre plays a vital role in controlling the spatial distribution, geometry and mode of occurrence of the ore bodies. This paper has brought out the relation between structural evolution and mineralization, cast Iights on ore-controlling structural forms and structural types, and finally discussed on the mechanism of formation of antimony ores.
