摘    要:
对有机污染物分析的样品前处理技术——超临界萃取、微波萃取、超声提取和索氏提取进行了对比研究。结合气相色谱质谱测定技术比较了4种方法对模拟样品中16种多环芳烃化合物的提取效果。探讨了温度、改进剂对超临界萃取的影响,无改进剂的纯C02流体对16种多环芳烃的低沸点化合物萃取回收率可达80%,对高沸点化合物应在加入改进剂的基础上提高萃取温度。与超临界萃取相比,微波萃取在对高沸点化合物的萃取上具有优势。

Abstract:
A few recent developed techniques for environmental sample preparation and pretreatment, such as supercritical fluid extraction, microwave assisted extraction and ultrasonic extraction have been compared with traditional Soxhlet extraction.The influences of temperature, modifier and other parameters on the efficiency of supercritical fluid extraction were tested. The applications of these 4 techniques to the extraction of 16 kinds of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons in synthetic environmental samples have been presented.The results from GC/MS analysis show that the supercritical fluid extraction with pure CO 2 and without any modifier is preferable to the extraction of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons with lower boiling point (with recovery of >80%) and microwave assisted extraction is preferable to the extraction of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons with higher boiling point.
