| 摘 要： | 地籍信息时态特征的显著性是其他空间信息所不及的,地籍的生命力和使用价值就在于其现势性和历史与现状的连续性.时态GIS的组织核心是时空数据库,即在空间和时间的参照下组织地理目标数据.因此,建立合适的时空数据库,应用于地籍信息系统中,使其能提供完善的时序分析功能,高效地回答与时相关的各类问题非常有必要.基于动态多级基态的修正模型能实现时空数据储存、管理和历史回顾的底冗余和高效率.本文就是要结合TGIS和动态多级基态修正模型提出地籍数据库建设的新思路.
