大黄鱼耳石、体长与年龄的关系

摘    要:运用1960年3月-1960年4月由中国科学院海洋研究所采集于洞头,吕泗渔场大黄鱼标本513尾,利用耳石切片确定大黄鱼的年龄,通过分析大黄鱼的耳石和体长的生长规律,证明大黄鱼的耳石生长不仅仅与鱼体生长成简单的直线相关,而且大黄鱼的耳石生长,体长生长和年龄三者之间密切相关,并推导出数学方程式,拟合计算结果表明,两各方程式能够较准确地表达三者之间的相关关系。

Abstract:In order to determine the relationship among the otolith radius, bodylength and age of fishes, the otolith of 513 large croakers Pseudosciaena crocea caughtfrom the Dongtou and Lusi fishing ground in the fust China Sea in March andApril, 1960 were cut open for study and their ages were determined. Analysis of thegrowth patterns of otoliths and body lengths showed that otolith size was positivelyrelated to age of the fish, and that the otolith radii of the fishes of the same agewere positively related to the flsh lengths.According to the stochastic process theory, otolith growth is divided into a firststage of otolith growth in pace with age and second stage of otolith growth in pacewith body growth. Ths hypothesis relates otolith radius to the age and body lengthof large croacker as expressed in the formula, and accordingto a sindlar hypothesis, the relation of the body length of large croacker to that ofthe age and otolith radius can be deduced as where, l isbody length, r is otolith radius, t is age, and A, B, C and K are empiricalparameters. By means of the iteration method, we simulated the relationship of thebody length, otolith radius and age of the large croacker. The results showed that theequation expressed the relationship very precisely.
