重庆市测震台网值班管理信息化系统的设计与实现

通过分析重庆市测震台网值班管理及历史数据的现状,利用C#编程语言设计开发了适用于重庆台网的值班管理信息化系统软件,并着眼于长远的业务需求和技术发展,建立可供二次开发的Mysql业务数据库。本系统以C/S模式完成与数据库的交互,克服了纸介质资料存放和管理的诸多缺点,具备电子值班日志填写,数据收集、查询、分析,信息获取和发送,事务提醒等多项功能,使管理人员能够更高效地把握台网整体运行,进一步提高工作效率和数据产品质量,推进重庆市测震台网值班管理的信息化进程。

Design and Implementation of the Duty Management Information System in Chongqing Earthquake Agency

After the analysis of Chongqing seismic network on duty management status and history data, we use C# technology to design the duty management information system software, and set up a Mysql database for secondary development with a view to long-term work and technology development. This system interacts with the database in C/S mode. By using this system, we are able to overcome many Paper-medium''s shortcomings in storage and management, and to use many functions such as Electronic-log filling, Data-collection, Data-query, Data-analysis, Information-acquisition, Information-sending, Work-reminding and so on. In general, the system enables the staffs to grasp the overall operation of the network more efficiently, further improves the work efficiency and the quality of data products, and advances the information process of the duty management in Chongqing seismic network.
