摘    要:从广东汕尾地区工厂化养殖的患病和死亡的杂色鲍(Haliotis diversicolor)及养殖海水中分离到3株优势菌,经回归感染试验,证实所分离的细菌为杂色鲍的致病菌。经形态、生理、生化等多项指标鉴定,该菌株为副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus),并经ATB微生物自动鉴定系统证实鉴定结果。在中国大陆,由副溶血弧菌使杂色鲍致病并大量死亡的事件,本文属首次报道。

Abstract:In this paper, 3 pathogenic strains were isolated from the diseased and dead abalone (Haliotis diversicolor) cultured in farming plants and from the seawater for culture. Artificial infection experiments on these 3 strains proved that these strains were the pathogen of abalone. The results of physiological and biochemical analyses showed that all these 3 strains were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which were accordance with the identification results of ATB microbiology automatic identification system. This paper is the first report on the death incident of H. diversicolor caused by V. parahaemolyticus in the mainland of China.
