| 摘 要： | 本文以分类清单法和利用GDP进行震害评估法为例, 回顾地震损失微观、 宏观两类快速评估方法的原理、 流程及应用。 总结两种方法的特点, 并做简单对比。 结果表明, 根据要求的不同和掌握资料丰富程度的差异, 选择适当的方法进行震后快速盲估, 其结果对政府决策和抢险救灾具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | This article reviews the theory, process and application of micro- and macro-methods using various categories and GDP methods to estimate earthquake disaster loss. It sums up the characteristics of the two typical methods and made a simple comparation. It is concluded that the result is significant for government decision-making, rescue and relief to choose a felicitous fast earthquake loss estimation method based on different requirements and information. |
