摘    要:岩石圈板块变形物理模拟是对板块构造演化的近似再现,代表了板块构造研究的一种主要方向。自然原型向实验模型的转换是模拟的理论基础,包括原型流变剖面的确定,原型与模型间比例关系的选取,实验模型流变剖面的建立。基于流变剖面的流变模型的结构为实验模型建构不仅提供了几何学、运动学以及动力学等方面的信息,而且在物质材料选取上提供物性方面的指导。文章最后对相关技术进行了阐述,并就华南-华北大陆板块碰撞模拟的关键问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:Physical modeling of lithospheric plate deformation is a powerful tool in the reconstruction of plate tectonic evolution. The transformation from natural prototype to experimental model is crucial to deformation modeling, which can be divided into three steps: prototype rheological profile building, scaling determination and model rheological profile construction. The rheological model based on rheological profiles not only provides geometric, dynamic and kinetic information for model construction, but also guides choices of similar materials. Several related techniques to modeling experiments are introduced in this paper. We also discuss some key questions related to modeling the North China and South China collision.
