| 摘 要： | 城市基准地价是我国地价体系的重要部分,它是以城市定级为基础而确定的区域土地使用权的平均价格,需要从消费需求和投资需求等方面分析。该文根据临沂市2009年地价动态监测结果,分析该地区地价和房价还处于较低水平。
